2007 ..LA – im in the bel air hotel interviewing for a radio documentary about the soul train programme aired in the states since the 70’s heyday of soul…opposite me is verdine white of the legendary group earth , wind and fire sharing his memories of appearing on the tv show soul train …
how i wish i could have been sat in front of my uk telly at the time to see the cream of the soul scene strut their funky stuff…wish no more..the dvd’s are out !
